【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementofsteadystatethermaltransmissionthroughflatslabspecimensusingaheatflowmeterapparatus.1.2Theheatflowmeterapparatusisusedwidelybecauseitisrelativelysimpleinconcept,rapid,andapplicabletoawiderangeoftestspecimens.Theprecisionandbiasoftheheatflowmeterapparatuscanbeexcellentprovidedcalibrationiscarriedoutwithintherangeofheatflowsexpected.Thismeanscalibrationshallbecarriedoutwithsimilartypesofmaterials,ofsimilarthermalconductances,atsimilarthicknesses,meantemperatures,andtemperaturegradients,asexpectedforthetestspecimens.1.3Thisacomparative,orsecondary,methodofmeasurementsincespecimensofknownthermaltransmissionpropertiesshallbeusedtocalibratetheapparatus.Propertiesofthecalibrationspecimensmustbetraceabletoanabsolutemeasurementmethod.Thecalibrationspecimensshouldbeobtainedfromarecognizednationalstandardslaboratory.1.4Theheatflowmeterapparatusestablishessteadystateone-dimensionalheatfluxthroughatestspecimenbetweentwoparallelplatesatconstantbutdifferenttemperatures.Byappropriatecalibrationoftheheatfluxtransducer(s)withcalibrationstandardsandbymeasurementoftheplatetemperatu
