【摘要】:ThispartofISO10472covers,togetherwithISO10472-1,mostsignificanthazardsassociatedwithwashingtunnellinesincludingcomponentmachinessuchas:—continuoustunnelwashingmachines;—squeezepressesorcentrifugalextractionmachines;—transferconveyorsystems;—automatictransfertumblers;—loadingorunloadingsysteminterfaces;—accessplatformandladders.ThispartofISO10472doesnotcoverparticularhazardsforcontinuousstand-alonewashinglinesforendlesstowels.ThispartofISO10472doesnotcoverthehazardscausedbyprocessingworkwhichmaycreateanexplosiveorflammableatmosphereinsidethemachine.ThispartofISO10472complementsthebasicrequirementslaiddowninISO/TR12100-1andISO/TR12100-2.Italsogivesguidancetothedesigneronassessingtherisksassociatedwiththehazards(seeEN1050)andonselectingmeasuresforattainingtherequiredsafetylevel.ThispartofISO10472doesnotapplytoancillaryequipment,e.g.chemicalstoreandsupplypumps,steamvalvesandsupplypipework,ventsystems,workfeedsystemsanddischargesystemsandductingtotheatmosphere.
