【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversminimum-wall-thickness,seamlesscold-drawncarbonsteeltubesincludingbendingintotheformofU-tubes,ifspecified,foruseintubularfeedwaterheaters.Thetubingsizescoveredshallbe5/8to11/4-in.[15.9to31.8-mm]outsidediameter,inclusive,withminimumwallthicknessesequaltoorgreaterthan0.045in.[1.1mm].Optionalsupplementaryrequirementsareprovided,andwhendesired,shallbestatedintheorder.Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasthestandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.Theinch-poundunitsshallapplyunlessthe"M"designationofthisspecificationisspecifiedintheorder.
